Onehive Property Management started with a simple observation: too many strata and property owners feel overlooked by their management companies. We believed there was a better way to do things—and decided to build it.

Rather than focusing on volume, we chose to focus on care. Many smaller and mid-sized strata buildings are often passed over or underserved, so we made it our priority to support communities under 150 units with the same level of service typically reserved for much larger developments.
